NEUROFEEDBACK
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive approach to training positive brain patterns in order to function in a healthier, more balanced, and more supportive way. Neurofeedback monitors your brain wave patterns in real-time and provides feedback through soundsand images. then makes adjustments based on its activity.
This allows you to retrain specific areas of your brain so that it can function at its best!
Let's Talk
The first step in therapy is reaching out. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
